Synergz Training and Coaching (formerly Wellness At Work), is a pioneer of high level soft skills training and coaching in South Africa. 

Synergz was founded by Dina Cramer in 2004, although she has been developing, presenting and running programmes for the private and corporate sectors since 1999. Her vision then and now is to help create a world of wellness. She does this by inspiring and empowering  people and organizations to be the best they can be. The basic premise is that companies need to invest in the health and well-being of their employees. Happy, healthy, fulfilled, empowered and motivated employees equals increased productivity and profitability. This creates a win-win situation for both employer and employee.

Dina Cramer holds an Honours degree in Psychology and is an internationally qualified coach.  She has worked with a number of executives at some of the country's top multinationals; has written a number of newspaper an magazine articles and has been a guest on various television and radio programmes. Dina is a soft skills facilitator, life and executive coach, workshop developer and facilitator, author, metaphysician and mother of four boys.
